PAIRWISE GROUP · LEGAL

Terms of Service

1. The service and preview

Pairwise provides a website introducing its business workspace and client portal, an interactive sample demo and account access where enabled. Features described as planned, in development or simulated are not a promise of current availability or a delivery date.

The demo uses fictional business records. Changes may be saved only in your current browser and lost when site data is cleared. Do not use it as a system of record or enter real client information, credentials or private documents. Demo approvals, notifications, invitations, invoices and payments do not perform real transactions.

2. Accounts and access

Where enabled, account access requires your own approved Google account and accurate information. Google sign-in verifies identity; business membership and roles require separate approval. Owners manage their organisation’s access. Do not share sessions, impersonate others or use an account without authorisation.

Protect your Google account and devices, sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorised access to support@pairwisegroup.com. Owners must be authorised to approve members and have a lawful basis to supply their information.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful business evaluation and authorised workspace activities. You must not:

4. Your information and our content

You retain rights in materials you supply. You permit us to process them as needed to provide requested services, support you, maintain security and meet legal obligations. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions.

Pairwise’s branding, design, original software and content belong to Pairwise or its licensors. You may use them as part of the service. Third-party names, logos, news, images and software remain their owners’ property; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling, essential cookies and browser storage.

5. Third-party services

Google sign-in, publishers and other external services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control or guarantee their availability or content. Demo integration screens do not mean a live connection is active.

Industry headlines link to the original publisher. Sample assistant outputs, reports and suggested ideas are illustrative; verify them before making business decisions.

6. Fees and purchases

Browsing the public website or using the demo does not create a paid subscription. Demo prices, allowances, invoices, receipts and payment controls are examples; simulated payments do not charge you.

Paid engagements require separately agreed pricing, service scope, billing, cancellation and commercial terms. A separate written agreement addressing the same service takes priority to the extent of a conflict with these terms.

7. Availability and responsibility

Preview features may change, contain errors or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that preview outputs are complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep your own records and verify information before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties about the preview other than those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Our responsibility for loss remains subject to applicable law and any separate service agreement.

Read about statutory consumer protections at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

8. Suspension and ending access

You may stop using the website or demo at any time and clear browser-local data. Contact your business owner to change workspace access and support@pairwisegroup.com about account closure or information held by Pairwise.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, unauthorised access, security risks or legal obligations. Owners may revoke membership. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue, unless that creates a security risk or breaches the law. Paid services remain subject to agreed termination terms and applicable law.

9. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service develops, publishing an updated revision date. Changes apply prospectively. For material changes affecting active accounts or paid services, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and any notice required by law or the relevant agreement.

Contact Pairwise Group at support@pairwisegroup.com with questions or disputes. Describe the issue so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not limit your ability to contact a regulator or seek remedies under applicable law.
