PAIRWISE GROUP · LEGAL

Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

You can browse the public website without an account. Without information needed for a support request or account, we may be unable to provide that assistance or access.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, deliver the website, verify identity, manage authorised access, maintain security, investigate errors or misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. The current website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

An organisation’s authorised owner manages its workspace membership. Contact that organisation about the business information it supplies and how it uses that information.

3. Google sign-in

Where available, Google sign-in requests basic identity permissions (OpenID, email and profile). We use the returned identity to authenticate you and check approved business or staff access. Google authentication alone does not grant a Pairwise role.

We do not receive your Google password. These sign-in permissions do not grant access to Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts or calendars. Google handles information under its Privacy Policy. You can remove the connection in your Google Account connections; contact us separately to request deletion of information already held by Pairwise.

4. Cookies and browser storage

When sign-in is enabled, essential cookies bind a sign-in attempt to your browser and maintain your session. The sign-in flow cookie lasts up to 10 minutes and the session cookie up to 8 hours; server access also expires after inactivity. Blocking these cookies prevents sign-in from working.

The demo uses local storage for sample records, preferences, branding and layouts. This remains in that browser until reset or cleared through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing site data may sign you out and remove demo changes. Fonts are hosted on our website.

5. Sharing and overseas processing

Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and answer enquiries. Google processes information if you choose Google sign-in. Authorised business owners can manage membership information for their business. Authorised Pairwise personnel may access information for support and security. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.

Providers may process information outside Australia. Google may process information in the United States and other countries where it operates, as explained in its Privacy Policy. Contact us for provider and processing-location information relevant to your use.

Industry news may load images from publishers’ websites, which receive technical request information including your IP address. External links take you to services with their own privacy policies.

6. Security and retention

We use HTTPS and, where accounts are enabled, server-side access checks and secure session cookies. No system guarantees absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information by email or entering real client information, credentials or private documents into the demo.

We retain enquiry, account, access and technical records as needed for their purpose, security, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Expiry stops sessions and sign-in attempts granting access; it does not necessarily delete every related record immediately. Ask us to delete information no longer required. You control browser-local demo data through your browser’s site-data settings.

7. Your choices and requests

Email support@pairwisegroup.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or ask how it is handled. We may verify your identity before acting. We will explain if a legal or security reason prevents us from fulfilling a request.

Contact your business owner to change workspace access. Clear browser site data to remove demo preferences. The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

8. Complaints, contact and updates

Send privacy questions or complaints to Pairwise Group at support@pairwisegroup.com. Describe your concern and the outcome you seek. We aim to respond within 30 days. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, where applicable.

We may update this policy as the service develops. The latest version and revision date appear on this page. We will provide additional notice where required by law or where a material change affects an active service.
